Note: hips and low back have still been really tight since last Sunday. I know rollouts can tighten the back of the hips for me a bit, everything seemed to be fairly bound up when I woke up this morning, but I was still a bit tight still from Sunday. Am thinking maybe that Pro isn’t best suited for the things I want to do.
I’ll have to have a think about things and reassess my current program.

Note: made an adjustment switching the TBDL for the WPU. Looking back, I probably should have worked with the DL in a standard or OP/IA block before running OP/PRO for it. All good. Hips feeling much better. Considering a block of fighter after this block wraps up.

Note: a number of breaks on the way through the session, definitely have noticed that my legs are a bit on the heavy side, I don’t think OP Pro is the best for all of the things I want to be able to do from the jump rope training/skating perspective. Maybe fighter or op/ia is the better option. Even DUP was pretty manageable.
