Was feeling washed after being up for Idalia. But I also feel like I've steered too far into the lifting & anaerobic HICs. We'll see.

Did 315 x13 for the amrap on squats today, which I was pretty happy about in the moment, at least for my age (almost 50!). But then of course I was on my way home thinking, you know, 13 is almost 15....

OHP, did 155 x10 for amrap
Happy with the DL number (with no belt or grip aid, straight bar, conventional stance) considering it's been many months since I DL'ed.
