I hope you recover well and get back on the TB train! A unilateral cluster sounds great too!

Yea I’m still working with variations or running OP/IA as is. It just seems to have the right balance of everything I need with work/life. Pretty much every other template is a little too rigid to make it work how I want around work and boxing/skating, in terms of recovery so I stay fresh. I’ve found having up to 3 days between MS sessions worlds really well if I need it. The other OP templates from GP seem to run pretty well as an IA version as well. Especially DUP. It’s been fun experimenting and seeing what works/fits.

Anyways it’s great to hear that you are progressing along, look forward to seeing the comeback!
Thank you! Yes, I also like OP I/A flexibility.. Let’s keep going!

Getting same day medical procedure done in a couple of days. Taking few days off. I will reassess afterwards and I will decide if I am finishing foundation building cycle or starting easy TB block,

Ok.. I got sidetracked with few family things that took almost all of my time and energy. Bummer. Bummer. I am restarting BB next week. It’ll be AA/Mass type of schedule. The goals are to get back to regular running and to get ready to lift with reasonable load. I will be doing Tango cluster (Bulgarian SS, Either pushups/dips or OHP version and Rings Rows, and some core). And easy 30 min-ish runs. And then into winter blocks of OP I/A or Zulu abbreviated.
To be continued..
