Note: squats felt good, 115kg felt pretty comfortable but I didn’t want to push it as I haven’t gone over the 100kg mark in a while. A bit short on time so I left the WPU out today. I might make this the last MS session of the block so can have a fresh deload week as of Monday.
The plan is to do apex tomorrow and skate on Sunday.
Deload, then give fighter a run.

Rest Day
Note: mag bath and pliability today. After worrying a few ways I could do things down, it actually still seems to work out better to run OP/IA or any OP variation with 2-3 days between sessions. After reviewing my last block, I can see I didn’t take full advantage of the days between.
This works well with OP/IA and DUP, but with Pro, it would seem it is best to use those 2-3 days if I want to stay fresh for other bits and pieces, sport specific and conditioning wise.
I’ll write up a few more ways I could run fighter or OP/IA and from there during the remainder of the week. IA just seems to have better flexibility if I have 3 days between MS sessions with the other bits and pieces I want to do.

Note: for whatever reason, didn’t sleep well and felt off all day, was meant to skate today, all good. Pliability, mediation and a mag bath today. I’ll either skate tomorrow, or start my next block on Monday, if is late tomorrow I’ll start the block on Tuesday. At this stage I’ll be running OP DUP/IA with up to 3 days between MS sessions if/when needed.
