Note: hips for some reason were really tight today so I chose to not run with an HIC. Got some additional mobility work in on the QL, hips and hamstrings today.

Note: I’m pretty certain I was leading with my hips more on the squats on Tuesday, so I made a very conscious effort to think of leading with the shoulders and ensuring I’m having the hips and shoulders moved up at the same time, it seems to have worked (did film a couple of sets from side on to be sure) as my quads definitely noticed the difference. Hips felt fine, pretty happy with how everything went.

Note: still feeling off, slept enough but have been feeling like I haven’t slept, not as bad as yesterday. Unsure why. Depending on how I wake up tomorrow I’ll either take a rest day or if I’m all good MS will be on the cards.

Note: pretty happy that I was able to back up this afternoon with all the swimming earlier in the day. Looking to use the easy week principle so tomorrow may be a rest day. GHR felt very strong, I may look to work in other bits and pieces to get them back to their former glory lol.
