On Sunday I’ve finished my first Marathon in 3h25min! It’s not exactly the time I wanted (I was shooting for a 03:15) but I was so happy and proud to have finished it! Marathon taught so much to me: from 32km to 39km it was one of the greatest suffering I’ve ever felt…but I found all the physical and mental strength I had to push through it!

Yesterday was a quick “strength” recovery session: mobility/core/some bodyweight legs exercises.

Full Body Strength Routine:

Goblet Squat 2x10
Single Leg RDL 2x10
Bulgarian Split Squat 2x10

Push Ups 2x10
Lateral Lunges 2x10
KB Rows 2x10
Seated KB Calf Raises 2x10

+ Core Circuit:

Dead Bugs 2x1min
