Hill Sprints (At the old local hill)

46/47/47/49/48 second sprints

Note: That hill hits different in the wet season humidity that’s for sure. Breathing fire during and after that’s for sure lol. Felt so good to get the sprints in. Do miss that area. Great start to the day.

Just over an hour

Note: fun session. Did feel the heat though lol, I was drenched in sweat and it had only just hit 8am as I finished up. Gotta love that humidity.

Note: Had never run that hill before, it’s steeper than the ones I usually run, felt pretty good though. And that ends the block. Deload, and then I’m looking at fighter with running twice a week as it looks like I’ve been talked into a 10km fun run with some friends in February.
