Hey Bark, been reading a bunch of your posts and training logs from over the years.
What are your opinions on ABA/ABA split vs ABA/BAB?
I love MT and Operator, everything 3x/week, but I’m considering ABA/ABA or ABA/BAB for a while.

I have done that in the past and really enjoyed that. You might be able to see it in my log here. But I don’t remember when was that.. lol
ABA was legit template from TB 2. I found my old post on the Reddit with good comments. Hope that helps. Bottom line is TB is very flexible. Just try and learn what works for you. And stay within TB principles.
