Rest Day
Note: heading home today, couldn’t get to the gym but that’s all good, I’ll start either tomorrow or Friday. Tossing up between Op/Pro or Fighter with a little more running emphasis due to doing a 10km run with some friends in Feb. cluster will be High Bar Back Squat, OHP and WPU or PU as per Op Pro if I’m running that template. I’ll mix in a sandbag lift in place of the DL. Aim is to run twice a week, a hill session and a long run and one skate session per week.

Note: I think I ate something not so great on the plane yesterday, just feel off. Had to hydrate a lot, felt better by the end of the day.

Note: turns out my little cold was Covid, didn’t find out until late in the afternoon. It definitely didn’t feel as bad as the last time. Mainly just feeling fatigued, otherwise I’m all good.
