Note: always good to get 3x50 done. First two sets of push ups unbroken, hit 48 in the 3rd set. Filmed myself just to be sure I was hitting depth. Goblet squats and RDLs all unbroken, sit-ups I had a couple of breaks after 30 reps on the 2nd and 3rd sets, and no breaks on the OD DB bent over row. Pretty happy with that overall, it definitely felt like an HIC by having no rest between exercises. Good session.
