On Sunday I ran my goal Marathon. I finished it in 03:19:44. I was a bit disappointed with the result (I hoped with a sub 3hr. in a perfect day) after 18 weeks of great training: it was a hot day and at the 30km mark my legs stopped to work and were heavy and without energy…still happy to have finished the race fighting with all the mental strength I had.
I took two days off…I resume running today
