Went for a walk did some stretching

3 mi hike 600ft ascent, did it with 5-10 pounds used this as my E session took an hour. Avg HR 136

SE 3x30 with 20LB dumbells
Bench, row, goblet squat, RDP

40 min run
3.75 miles avg HR 146
Definitely had to walk some. Calves and shins are still tender from hike as well as hamstrings from SE yesterday. I think my bodies just getting used to the mileage and to the workload.
