Note: still running OP/IA. Swapped bench for dips. Bench over the last two blocks was fun but far out it tightens up my upper back and traps. Props to anyone that benches regularly. Dips are definitely welcomed back. Same with front squats, they just feel better than back squats overall for me. I may have to look at other lifts besides back squat if I choose to run another cluster down the track. Maybe some BSSQs could be useful in a couple of blocks time.
Anyway, good start to the block, where possible I’m aiming to maintain 4 sets for everything, maintain conditioning and skate 1-2 times per week while still progressing the GHR which went really well over the last two blocks.
