Decent premade programming for conditioning

Post by drewdavis »

I'll be on vacation for about 3 weeks. And I won't have access to a gym and have no idea what the outdoor equipment I'll have pull-up bar or whatever. I'm looking for a conditioning program that combines running and any other type of body movements. I'm in decent starting shape. I recently had surgery so had to take some time off of weights anyway. I'm currently just doing zone 2 running usually 6 to 7 miles in about an hour. Nothing crazy.

Look into Block Training chapter in GP book.
