Note: felt weaker on the GHR, but I am pretty certain that’s the flow on effect from the BOO session yesterday. I’m not too worried about it, it’s actually reminded me how much I enjoy conditioning and variety, so I’ll still target the GHR to get it stronger but I’m not too fussed about how long it takes to get it’s stronger. Last time I did that and forced things it caused a few niggling issues. Anyway good session overall, either skate or hill sprints tomorrow. Will see how the day goes.
