Note: looks like the slight groin strain is still there a bit on the BSSQ but it doesn’t seem as bad as before. Just to be cautious I might switch to back or front squats next block and run a good old fashioned OP IA block. But in the positive the Achilles is coming along really well, physio has me doing more loaded work on the calves now with no issue which is great

Apex will be a main stay, and I want to include one GC or warrior style type session in a “training week”, with skating slowly coming back, this means I’ll have more rest days more than likely, so 2-3 days between MS sessions just to ensure recovery and I’ll probably use a more conservative training max as well.
