Note: good session, swapped goblet squats for walking lunges, flutes noticed the difference lol. Recovery day tomorrow.

Recovery Day

Note: body is progressively feeling better during bb. Seems like my lower body prefers the LSS runs as opposed to the Airbike, especially around the quads/knees. Pliability and mobility today
