Just under 3 mins between intervals

5.27/5.33/5.31

Note: not my all time best but I stayed ahead of my slowest time throughout. Am pretty happy with that. Haven’t run BOO 2 in some time. Starting to enjoy the running intervals outside of hill work. Might have to keep them in the mix post BB

Note: no more hamstring accessories while on bb lol, did notice the slower sprint speed and fatigue there. Otherwise everything was all good.

Note: didn’t start to slow down until about 30 minutes in, had my son run with me as well which was nice.
