This is just a post to see what kind of clusters of exercises people are doing for their SE workouts.
Personally I've just been using the bodyweight and barbell cluster given in TB II (minus the kipping pull-ups and doing inverted rows instead)
But getting a bit bored of doing the same thing and was hoping for some inspiration and see what works well for other people?

Re: SE exercise clusters
I've been doing a KB cluster.
Deadlifts
R. Swings (eye level)
Goblet Squats
A. Swing (above head)
Clean and Press
Fun little workout!

Re: SE exercise clusters
I did following cluster for my BB and that was overkill!
- Reverse lunges
- Push-ups
- TRX inverted rows
- One leg hip thrust off the bench
- One arm landmine press
- One arm split stance band row
- Prone bridge march

Re: SE exercise clusters
This is a minimalist cluster I like using outside of Basebuilding (when I feel like throwing in the occasional alpha or tango circuit):
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Goblet Squats
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Goblet Squats
