Sunday- October 30th -I was suppose to do SE but I got caught up with school work and such so I skipped out. As for SE a couple days from now, I am probably going to keep it at the 30 reps range, but maybe push it depending how I feel.

Monday- October 31st - Did about a 30m run. My endurance has improved big time which is a great feeling. I had to stop a couple times due to heavy legs but I do feel great. I used last night to kind of test out where I am at in this stage of Base building.

Tuesday - November 1st - About to go do a triple or a double. My plan is to try and hit 50m non stop between machines/stations. Will report after.

Wednesday- October 2nd- Off

Thursday- October 3rd- BJJ as my SE session (flipped days)

Friday - October 4th- LSS

Saturday - October 5th - Off

Just two more weeks until the second half of base building begins. I've seen some good improvements. Some of those are weight loss, improved endurance, being able to run for longer periods of time, etc. Been focusing more on my food intake and drinking a lot of water too. Looking forward to getting back under the barbell and getting some conditioning sessions in from the vault.

So due to some schedule problems and other things getting in the way, I wound up missing a week. My plan is to pick up where I left off at. Shouldn't be any problems and such as I will just restart at week 5. Things happen but adapt and overcome. Will update later.

Alright back at it tonight.

30m E session. It felt good but I regret taking a week off and being undisciplined takeover as it was pointless but I'm glad I jumped back on. Sometimes you get too distracted.

So of course the weather has been awful lately where I live and so we lost power last night. I wasn't able to get my E session in yesterday so I did this morning. Tonight I will be at BJJ so I'll get my SE in there during the warm up.

Hey everyone,

About to start Week 6. Week 6 entails Fighter and HIC with one E session. The HIC sessions used are 600m Resets, BOO,BOO 2 and Oxygen Debt 101. There will be some days where I may throw in BJJ practice as an HIC but I will do my best to go with the program as is. The only thing I am considering adding is an SE session toward the end of the week to put in some extra work with that before the last E session.

The Fighter cluster I tested for and decided on is Bench, and Squat. I am currently unable to do body weight pull ups (too overweight) but I am considering throwing in assisted pull ups on the machine I have access, too. At the same time, I am considering just staying with the two lifts and keeping it simple for now.

For my bench, my 1RM max is 165lbs and for my squat, my 1RM max is 180lbs. My squat has dropped since the last time I lifted regularly so I am looking forward to getting that back up. As for my bench, It has stayed roughly the same. While testing these, I worked my Bench to a 5 rep max at 150lbs and my squat to a 4 rep max at 165lbs and totaled it with a 1rm calculator.

Monday - September 21st
- Fighter - 75%

Bench: 125lbs - 5x5
Squat-135lbs- 3z5

Just curious, have you considered adding in the deadlift for one of your Fighter days?

I've thought about it but I somewhat feel that it may be too much with that squat. I may consider doing the trap bar deadlift.

Happy thanksgiving, everyone!

Haven't updated due to holiday madness at work.

Tuesday I was suppose to do 600m Resets, and yesterday was to be recovery and so I decided on today.

Gonna start with my usual lifting day with Fighter and then I will do the 600m resets.

Fighter: Squat- 135lbs Bench- 125lbs

Forgot to add this: Bench Press- 5x5 and Squat-3x5

As for the resets, it was my first time really doing them and I decided to go shorten them to 400m. My goal is to work up to 600m overtime but I could barely finish it without being gassed. Gotta put in more E work then. Anyways, I did the resets 3x. I am going to keep them in my conditioning cycle/regiment and work it continuously. Great HIC for sure, though.
