WCU - 5x5 @ 73.6 kg

Good session today. BP in particular felt extremely solid.

TB2. HIC #9 - Fobbit Intervals

Really love this workout. I felt super-fresh throughout. I could have gone longer but I'm running all HICs as standard. I figure if I feel that good then it's evidence that the system is working and to just stick to the standards.

Core work - 2 round of 10 reps each of light RDLs, leg raises, sit-ups, ab roller, and KB side bends.

I find Fobbits to be excellent active recovery/rehab HIC drill. Should be a must for me from now on..

Yesterday - Rest Day

Today - TB2. HIC #16 - Standard Issue Hills

Due to the situation where I live, I don't have access to a hill so I am replacing the hill sprints with 400meter sprints. I had to cap it at 8 rounds today due to time. My legs felt really fresh. I don't know if that's a product of better conditioning (although I never felt like I let my conditioning lapse) or if it is the move from Black Pro to standard Black and spacing out the E runs a little longer. I'm really enjoying the 8-day cycles on Op I/A Black standard.

Op I/A - Session 6
SQ - 5x5 @ 86.5 kg
BP - 5x5 @ 72.7 kg
DL - 3x5 @ 90.5 kg

Core
Plank - 45 second
Rest - 10second
Shank - 45 second
Rest - 10 second
Repeat 5x

Felt really good today. I wouldn't say it was super easy as in everything just flying up, but it felt good. Makes me excited about doing triples next week.

Op I/A - Session 7
BP - 5x3 @ 77.7 kg
SQ - 5x3 @ 91.7 kg
WCU - 5x3 @ 78.2 kg

Core
Plank - 50 second, 10 second rest
Shank - 50 second, 10 second rest
Repeat 5x

Sessions 7 and 8 are becoming my favorite of Op I/A. I just feel strong and powerful pushing up those triples, and it really primes me for session 9. Looking forward to finishing this cycle out strong.
