I'm a little bit confused with fobbit interval because in the book it says to set the speed a little bit less of a jog.Barkadion wrote:11/24/16

I keep feeling that Fobbits is the one of the best drills I have done in my life. In terms of conditioning, strength, rehab, recovery and body agility.

So is it supposed to feel like an active rest when you're on the bike or should I push a little bit more?
Every time I do this workout it feels easy so I was wondering if it was ok.

I have started out easy and I am building intensity up as I move through my block. The beauty of the drill is flexibility.
