I've restarted week 6 due to Christmas getting in the way like usual, and while I'm not going great at consistent logging here, the weights are feeling good! Most notably I've been getting full sets of BW PU's done simply by increasing the rest interval out to 3-5 minutes, which is such a simple change, but I only realised it might be the way forward since rereading the books again this week.

Strength - Op
Week 6-1

BP: 4x2 @ 70kg
SQ: 4x2 @ 70kg
PU: 4 @ 9 reps
DL: 1x2 @ 90kg

Meat Eater II - I definitely noticed the 'highly effective' part of the description in the book, especially doing it on a hot and humid afternoon!

Feeling pretty good at finally finishing my first 6 week OP block this morning!
PU's weren't great, I think they're feeling a bit fatigued from going hard on them during the sessions at the start of the week.

Post Session: Foam rolling, stretching & mobility

Stinking hot day, but still felt quite good at the end of this session. Happy to have finished my first 6 week block!
