Awesome home gym, and a bag! :P I was doing thaiboxing for several years in my youth, and will definitely get a bag if I ever get a home gym!

Thanks mate! I really feel that it is my personal universe down there in my basement. And i don't need a spaceship to get there :lol:

I did a lot of boxing in my youth. It feels good going back to it! And I am going to chase that shadow guy with :twisted: combo strikes as well!

*I can feel difference with scaling down to 4sets and keeping HICs on the relatively low side. Feels very good so far. Well...it's only 1st week. Come and see, brother :lol:
**Having DL on the 3rd day does feel heavier than doing it on the 1st day. Will keep it on Fridays, though.
***I am starting to log my meditation experience here as well. I feel that it does help me a lot. Logging will help me to be consistent with it (I hope) :idea:
