Hitting a few evening walks to add some "E" aerobic work. Mainly for recovery from lifting and clearing the head.

Easy E work has been nice, but I'm getting the itch to move again 4 weeks in. Found myself digging out the books to try and plan my next block out.

Debating going into Black protocol, or Green. Reserve USAF PJ tryout in mid/late summer or early fall. Should have time to run another 2 blocks to get where I want to be by then.

Spent the week traveling to Charleston and SoCal.

Eating well, walking plenty each day but not lifting. Will resume on Monday. This week was lunch time beers and LOTS of sleep. Slept 10 hrs each night after 6 months of minimal sleep.

Back at it Monday.

Couldn't takenthe break anymore.

Found a gym and paid a day fee

215X5x5 squat.
Superset with 5 sets of 10pullups. They had no weight belt and couldn't get the DBs they had to stick between my legs for WPU
205x5x5 bench
Superset with 135 pound DL. Prob 5 sets.
Then did 3 working sets at 185x5. Trying to grease the groove a bit on posterior chain

Added some GHD sets and bent over DB rows.

Feels good to train again. Moving across TX this week so I wanted an early start

Spent 2 days moving across the state.

No structured PT but I moved our entire house manually with the help of my 125# wife.

So lots of "odd object carry" and squats and deadlift. Hr/activity tracker watch says I hit over 20k steps each day, so it's not a total loss.

All moved into the new crib- buying a Sled to push/ dip pull-up station and a few KBs to toss into the garage-

Also joining a new gym. Mountain Bike is at the shop getting a quick tune up and new part.
BACK. IN. BUSINESS.
