Thanks Adski! I'm sure AA will be up and running on iTunes soon.Adski wrote:Just pre ordered on iTunes. Looking forward to the read!
I understand it's targeted at older athletes, I'm assuming the answer is yes before I ask, but the younger whipper snappers (including us in our early to mid 30's), will they find some good bits to plug in for their own training?
AA has broad applicability, whatever your age. For example, there are already some athletes in their late 20s using "The Old Warhorse Template" from AA to good effect. The issues will become more critical as you advance in age, but they are there your entire training life. One of the points I push in the book is that there isn't a hard line between young-old. What is more relevant is your training age, accumulated injuries, the amount of weight you are moving, etc. Managing all those variables is critical whatever your calendar age.
I hope this helps, and feel free to send me any more questions!

That sounds great! Thanks for getting back to me! It releases on the 20th of march here (Aus) on iTunes.
Really looking forward to reading it!

Great news J-Madd, I'll pick up the Kindle version when it's available. Looking forward to it!
Re: Ageless Athlete - Available NOW!
My copy arrived today and I have read up to chapter 5. As far as I can tell by now, it might be the next step in my emergence from my self-imposed unfitness. Very clearly structured and a pleasure to read.

I'm looking forward to read the Kindle version too.

Re: Ageless Athlete - Available NOW!
I've read 14 of 18 chapters so I haven't quite finished it yet. The book is excellent. I highly recommend it.
