After reading AA I am going to make some adjustments. So today only 30 min jogging @ 138 HB. A bit too fast for talking, have to go even slower on Monday.

30 min jog@141 HB, 10 min passive stretching.

Changed BB to the AA template, so today 2 circuits of 5 bwe, 60 sec rest between exercises, 2 min between circuits. Managed a few more reps than last week, but felt less tired.

Skipped Friday's and Saturday's BB sesions, but went today to a weightlifting workshop with Martin Zawieja. Martin has won an olympic bronze medal in 88 and is now working as a strength coach for numerous German sports associations and clubs.

The seminar was really excellent. We started with 3 hours of basic lifts ( deadlift variants, squat variants and overhead presses ) and continued with 3 more hours for the olympic lifts. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated and every particpant got detailled corrections. Esp. helpfull to me were the barbell mobiltiy exercises. They really helped with the ROM of my ankles (squat) and shoulders (snatches).

The weights used were light ( olympic bar only mostly, sometimes loaded with 10 kg), but I am going to count this as a SE workout. And btw this seminar was -considering the quality of the training- really cheap at 80 Euros.

Awesome! One of the best things I've done in my life was the decision to get supervised training sessions/consults at Eric Cressey facility. It did help me a lot with my technique, mobility, injury prevention, and post injury recovery.

Yesterday: Recovery Jog @131 HB and 10 mins of stretching.
Still sore after Sunday's workshop, 'running' was much slower.

25 min of active stretching followd by 2 x T circuits. Quite challenging today.
I guess, I should sleep more.
