Yeah, I like the look of Black Pro, and I also like the look of the modified Fobbit Intervals and the Fun Runs. My personal opinion, Black Pro would be ideal for you considering your goals. I am planning on rotating in Black Pro here in April for the same reasons - I like to have at least one E day a week as I feel it suits me better.

So this is the last workout in a 6-week BB phase. It's gone well, but I'm really excited to get back to some sprinting after an easy week. I'm going to run a cycle or two of GSLP just to do something different and to expand my exercise repertoire. I'll be running a Black continuation protocol with GSLP. The schedule will look like Op I/A in that I'll be running an 8-day week of MS, HIC, MS, rest, HIC, MS, E/GC, rest. Then I'll be going back to Op I/A Black.
