Very keen for it to come to kindle and I will be buying it as soon as it's released. I am looking forward to having a read and looking for some new stuff to implement. I will be doing my usual foray into some more intense training programmed by another site for the next 10 weeks and it will be good to have a plan to recover and continue to improve after that intense period.

Just ordered the paperback, can't wait. Approaching 40 years old with almost 20 years of high mileage. Wish I knew what I know now when I was 20 with regard to training.

If you haven't already gathered from the feedback - AA is excellent regardless of age. The material in Chapter 1 alone is a game changer (see 'Psychological Pitfalls').


After you've had a chance to read/implement AA - please leave a review for Jim with your retailer. Good, bad, or ugly - it helps us fine-tune/adjust our approach if necessary. Ultimately the feedback results in better material for you.
