Hey guys, so im starting week 5 of BB this week.
Over the past few weeks I have taken note that my HR gets particularly high during my SE sessions, and sometimes my E session (depending how hard im pushing my run).
If im not mistaken, I should be somewhere between 130-150 BPM, while doing SE/E workouts, correct?
Assuming that is correct, is it bad for me to be in the higher HR ranges (155-175 for me) for any amount of time, during SE while doing BB?
I would think that If i go beyond the recommended BPM range, that I may not be getting the appropriate adaptations.
and as a final question, If I should be more strict on staying within the recommended HR range, does that mean i should slow down my reps? or should I just pause for a bit when i reach the higher end of the range, until my HR drops back down?
your input and insight is appreciated!

Fazer, there's no HR requirement for SE. It's just for the E during Base..
