The one at my gym has a Waist strap you connect to the front, to kind of lean into while going uphill.
It has 2 seperate throttles on it- one with a symbol of pushing a giant weight, which makes it stronger resistance. Another has a parachute behind a person I assume for sprint resistance like a parachute.
REGARDLESS- it feels like indoor rucking is the best way to describe it. My glutes/calves certainly felt the affect of going uphill on it for 40 min.
HR was around 135-145 the majority of the time. May add this after Lifting as well for some mental factor.
