THURS

Some single leg stability work. Sled push.

then 40 min LISS on one of these

The one at my gym has a Waist strap you connect to the front, to kind of lean into while going uphill.
It has 2 seperate throttles on it- one with a symbol of pushing a giant weight, which makes it stronger resistance. Another has a parachute behind a person I assume for sprint resistance like a parachute.

REGARDLESS- it feels like indoor rucking is the best way to describe it. My glutes/calves certainly felt the affect of going uphill on it for 40 min.

HR was around 135-145 the majority of the time. May add this after Lifting as well for some mental factor.

DL worked to 285 for work set, more reps on the way down at 225

Kb swing 4x15 at 75#

Various farmer carries with 75 pounders. Dual/ front rack low carry combos. Mixed it up a bit.

DL- worked up to 285 for 1 set
OHP- 115 4x5
Some non- weighted pull-ups to grease the groove. 25 cap pullups/ pulp combo in between sq sets
