Ab wheel rollout ( from knees)

Bench and dead felt pretty smooth today, but it was pretty light weight.

Ran 5.5 miles this afternoon. 50 minutes. Felt pretty good.

Well, that could have gone better.

2.48 miles, 22 minutes. Supposed to have been 3 miles. I was super sore + chili cheese fries for lunch. A workout best forgotten.

My back felt weird today when I deadlifted 135lbs to warmup, so I skipped deads.
