I wound up bailing on the last two schedule sessions for this week. I had too much going on. My plan is to continue on to the next scheduled week tomorrow and keep it moving. The 30 minute E sessions aren't changing and since I am using Alpha circuits, they are now at 30 reps. Time to just keep it moving.

Unplanned rest day yesterday. I had to prep for final exams/projects for class.
Block 1- Week 5- Day 4:
Did a double header of BJJ and Muay Thai tonight. Certainly made up for my missed E session yesterday and got some SE in there, too.

Forgot to log yesterday...
Back under the barbell, finally! I decided upon a super spartan Fighter template using two lifts: Back Squat and Bench Press. I added in some accessories, as well.
Block 1- Week 6- Day 1:
Fighter: 75%
Bench:125lbs at 3x5
Squat:145lbs at 3x5
Accessories:
1 Arm Incline DB BP: 3x10 each arm
Dips: 3x15
