My wife got me a new toy this weekend: https://youtu.be/1q14I9a3M28

I'm definitely going to work these into my regular mix!

Nice. Definitely on my list when I get the space. Let's see those muscle ups!

Jealous! I love rings, unfortunately I have absolutely no place to put them. I always thought ring pull-ups, ring dips, squats, and heavy swings would be the ultimate minimalist combo, especially once you get the dips and pull-ups to weighted.

My wife got two pair for $5 at a garage sale. The ultimate find. Pull-ups, dips, (eventually muscle-ups), squats, and swings are going to be my main diet.

Today I went to a morning BJJ class. Pretty standard class, followed by three 6 minute rounds of rolling. I felt a pretty energetic later, so I did this:

A1: Ring Dips - 3x10
A2: Pistol Squats - 3x3 (per leg)
B1: Ring Pull-Ups - 3x10
B2: Knuckle Pushups - 3x25
C: Two Hand KB Swing - 48KG x 50 (non-stop)

Next time I'll throw a weight vest on, and cut those reps to 5's for the rings.
