Hello, when you end BB and start for example black protocol.
I saw a post of KB saying that for the E sessions, you don't have to look HR anymore, just start adding speed/pressure. Am I right?
And for the 5km fast, it says 80-85% max hear rate, but it's okay if I do the max I can?

Keep your fast 5/tempi runs in the 80-85% zone. They should be challenging but sustainable (NOT a race pace).
