Wed 03.05 4 Bwe circuits, pushups were very hard, I lost a few reps, but gained a few with every other exercise.
Sat 06.03 82 min jogging @149 hb. 10 km. Still very slow, but much faster than the last time I did 10k which took me 91 minutes. Se training has done much for my legs which dont feel very tired now, but did at all the other 10 k runs I have done before.
Had a few unplanned rest days this week, so week 4 of BB took a few days longer than I hoped. Will start week 5 on Monday.

4 bwe circuits, 30/60 s RI. Very hard, but to my surprise I gained a few reps on last week's circuit.

Another 4 bwe circuits, the last ones for at least 6 month. I wonder how se feel after some continuation with max strength focus. Didn't do any E sessions this week, did not find the time , to much travelling.
Today first HIC session, fast 3. 3 km in 21:13 @ 155 hb. Still very slow, but much faster than 3 months ago. And fully recovered a few minutes after coming home.

First max. strength session.

Followed advise read here on the forum not to test maxes for BB,
but to guestimate them. So I calculated 1RM from the 5RM I did
with dumbbells 3 month ago. Worked for the Benchpress, but not for squats.
Benchpress and pullups felt really good, but squatting technique was bad.
Didn't go deep enough and pressed up from the toes and not from the heel.
I guess, I will try 39 KG for squats too next time.
