Day 20

E x 46 minutes

Accessed a new trail for this ruck, which incorporated a few hills. Nothing terribly steep or tall. Opted to keep it relatively short. This marks my 2nd day taking TriFlex. It was on clearance at GNC. I know it doesnt seem to contain any "proven" joint supplements, but already, my knees feel better. Placebo effect? Whatever it is, ill take it. Looking forward to a shorter, SE workout tomorrow, especially since it marks my first day back at work.

Day 23

E x 45 m

Did 45 minutes on the bike due to my knee issues. Didnt feel as good as trotting along the side of the road, but it was necessary.

Day 24

E x 40 m

Hit the road i spite of my better judgement. Covered 4.5 miles. After reading a post on here about someone in a similar situation, I am going to commit this Saturdays and next weeks E sessions to the stationary bike. I have come to the conclusion that my knee issues are not due to the prehabit workout or the one time on the stationary bike, but rather the high volume of running. Havent ran this much since high school cross country!
