Test Day
WPU (Rings) - 72.5 was 60 - 12.5 lbs increase
Pullups (Bar) - 16 was 15 - 1 Increased, however, I did these after I tested my Weighted Pull Ups
Bench Press - 200 was 190. 10 lbs I’m back to where I was pre surgery.
Deadlift - Did not max today. Low back is still a little “off” when I deadlift and I don’t want to push it for my ego.
Front Squat - 145 new for this block
Overall, I’m satisfied with the block. I’m honestly surprised about the weighted pullup gain, that's a nice jump. I can’t wait to get back into deadlifts, but I don’t want to rush the nagging back pain just yet. I was at 360 and I expect it to be the same or higher. The front squat needs a lot of love and I hope to improve that this coming block.
