I sandwiched my TB fighter training in the warm up and cool down for my GMB elements easy day. I did this because why the hell not haha.
If the weather holds I will be getting a kite surf in tomorrow and might finish that off with some sprints along the beach to warm up since it's winter here. I will then be driving up to a mates to do some shooting tomorrow with my new scope.
I really enjoy the ring pushups and not loading my body too heavy right now. I am looking forward too loading up the pistol, but have some stability issues on the right side still.

Just kept it simple today with the mobility work and movement practice.
My body felt pretty good after yesterdays training. I will be shooting with a mate tomorrow morning and shoot get some GPP in walking to and from the targets. I may do some sprints, I may not, but so far so good on the training front.

Finally progressing on the elements training which is good to add some variety. Found it quite easy for this variation which means bent arm strength is good:)
Pistols were onto a step that is basically as low as the full movement so mobility is coming back quick. I still lack flexibility on right side and my left knee clicks but is the stronger side.
Ring push ups are the easiest movement and I will weight those up in the 4th week.
It turns out last weeks pullups were only 15 kg so I upped the weight to 20 kg which is my full vest. I thought they were easy last week. I need to watch my form on these as I tweaked my right shoulder a little.
All in all a good minimalist session before I visit the in laws in sunny Darwin tomorrow. I am looking forward to a couple runs in the heat up North.

I was on a long red eye style flight and woke up pretty wrecked. I got my bare minimum training in and will call it quits. I am going camping tonight and will take today as recovery.

I managed to get some training in while camping. I started the morning with a easy 4km run and then did my movement practice. I had some breakfast and then a quick swim.
I had a terrible night sleep due to an air mattress deflating but still got some quality work in.
