Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 20 sit-ups

Yesterday - Rest / Travel day
Today - 5 minute warm-up, 10 rounds of 1 minute sprint / 1 minute recovery, 5 minute cooldown for a total of 30 minutes
I began almost 3 weeks of travel yesterday so I will get workouts in when I can. I'll be doing mostly Tango circuits and timed sprints since they are easy to get in without having to measure distances and such.
Today - 5 minute warm-up, 10 rounds of 1 minute sprint / 1 minute recovery, 5 minute cooldown for a total of 30 minutes

Tango Circuit - 3 rounds using push-ups, air squats, pull-ups, 1-legged RDLs, planks

5 minute warmup, 3 rounds of tabata sprints w/ 4 minute recovery between them (2 minute walk/2 minute jog), 5 minute cooldown for a total of a 30 minute workout

Today - Rest day from working out, but taking the kids to a water park so a lot of "active" recovery
