Yes I prefer to use the SSB due to my messed up elbow and still tight shoulders (been working on that). Thanks and Cheers to you.[

I think I shortchanged myself on the Bench press weight. I should be doing 3X3 but I can still hit 5's without too much effort.

Conditioning intervals
Ski Erg 3 blocks of 4 intervals :30 work 1:30 rest hit 150-162M per :30
Lungs were burning well by the end.

Ran a 5K race this morning. First serious run since the surgery.
Ran in 30:20. I've got some work to do and mostly felt it was lack of leg hip strength and stability that was holding me back.
