I tend to get sloppy with my technique now and then. My shoulders know that. I have never done land mine press as mail movement for a long term. I have one more block of OWT to run. And I’m thinking of what to do next. Lanmine press did a magic for my shoulder and I feel ready for floor press. Giving that I really like to keep both around. As well as some sort of rowing to compliment chins.
I also like Mikhou’s version of OP I/A from 2nd edition. ABA/Repeat scheme..
