Not sure I like the ABA setup, I think it leaves too long between bench/dead days. That being said, I missed lifting last week. I'm gonna keep the ABA for this six week cycle then reassess

Ran about 4.5 miles. My GPS watch failed me today, so I'm not sure of exact time or distance.
Trying to find the most time-efficient method for conducting PT during the middle of the workday. The hardest part is convincing myself the earth won't fall off of its axis if I leave my desk at lunchtime for 90 min to run and shower (yes, I'm a POG).
