I'm using the new Fighter from Green. But I'm doing 6 sets of everything; I wanted a bit more lifting than Fighter but not all the way to Operator. I've also added some weight back to my 1RMs.

Is running your only modality for LSS?

It is now, yes. I'd gotten in the habit of walking on the treadmill at an incline for my LSS for a little while. It got my heart in the right range (barely) but the muscle endurance in my lower legs evaporated. Now after putting some work into it, I'm back to being able to jog normally for the times I want to do.
