Thanks for that, definitely will. I'm pondering if I should eliminate all other back work except for deadlifts while doing that. I'm already getting a lot of volume for my back but for the sake of progression it could be better if pull-ups were the only thing.

Really short E session. Didn't feel satisfied with it at all. Probably will have another go at it in the evening. I also did the first day of the pull-up program and realized I should start it the next training week so the off days would match, so that's what I'll do.

A minute rest between exercises, two minutes between circuits.
Push-ups
One-handed KB swings 10 each. 32kg
Goblet squats 12kg
Push-press 12kg
One-handed KB clean 10 each. 24kg

The gym was unusually crowded and couldn't do squats or OHP. So I did bench and tire flips instead.

Bench 80kg 5x5
30 tractor tire flips

The Russian Pullup ladder is quite something. The 6-5-4-3-2 ladder equates to 13-15 reps on a rep max test for me. Good luck with yours!

Thanks. I can't imagine having a rep max that big, but that's why I'm doing it.

Did a corrections service PT test.
3km run - 15:42
Push-ups - 30
Sit-ups - 35
Russian Fighter Pull-up Program (Day 4) 5-4-4-3-2 - So far I'm really liking the "just one more rep" each day mentality. Makes progression seem very doable.

Overall more of a GPP workout today.
