LSS Run

Note: went to skate initially today but stopped not too long in, could still feel that the hip doesn’t want me jumping around just yet, still feels fine with the LSS run and backing off of the swings seems to be doing me favors as well. So hopefully back on the boots in a week, 2 max. Good run session too.

Note: noticeably easier than a few days ago. Have a bronze medallion course on tomorrow, that’s pretty simple though. Will still get the E session in tomorrow. Hip is getting better by the day, hopefully it’s 100% in the next week or so.

Note: good to see I’ve still got 50 push ups unbroken which is nice, everything felt good, definitely felt the burn in the last 10 good mornings. Hip is also getting much better, I am rehabbing it pretty much non stop. Should be good to skate on transitions now but I’ll give it another 5 days before I get a rollin. LSS Run tomorrow.
