Little sore from WPU last go around but didn't affect my WPU this time. Everything felt really good. Since lowering the weight on the swings
I'm not feeling as run down. Going to keep the same weight on the swings until I finish the 95% and bump it up a little.

Decided to redo 85% week. Missed a lot of workouts last week.

Squats felt a bit heavy today so decided to settle with 3 reps. Was in a bit of a hurry so my finisher was wearing a 20ib vest while mowing the grass.

Decided to rest today. Woke up this morning with a little pain in my lower back. Could be from sleeping on it wrong or something I did yesterday.

Today's HIC was pouring and finishing 8 yards of concrete in the new barn. Used to be a construction worker in my younger days and figured I could handle it myself. Of course got the wife involved since she involves me in her projects. Just one small thing since doing TB. I feel like I'm in the best all around shape I can be in since doing TB.
