BP - 5x2 @ 85kg
WCU - 5x2 @ 87.25kg
DL - 5x2 @ 110kg

It's interesting how on some days, certain lifts do better than others. BP and WCU were tough today, not a max effort, but tough. On DL, I had to keep checking the weight on the bar because it felt so easy today. Granted my DL numbers aren't high, and I have done higher estimated 1Rm's before, but today (my 90%) day was just flying off of the ground.

Yesterday - Rest day

Today
OHP - 5x2 @ 50kg
SQ - 5x2 @ 110kg
Barbell row - 5x2 @ 70kg

So this is the end of a cycle, and I am still traveling. I'll do sprinting and a tango circuit over the next couple of days and then I'll do some easy deload workouts before starting the next cycle.

2 days ago - Rest day

Yesterday - 1/2 a Tango circuit and 20 minutes of easy running

Today - Rest day

This is an easy week after finishing an Op I/A cycle. I will start another Op I/A cycle next week with BP / WCU / SQ/DL.

2 days ago - 5 minute warmup, 10 rounds of 1 minute sprint / 1 minute recovery for a total of 20 minutes, 5 minute cooldown

Yesterday - Rest day

Today - 1/2 a Tango circuit and 20 minutes of easy running

I'm traveling home tomorrow and will be starting a new Op I/A cycle shortly.

BP - 4x5 @ 71.5kg
SQ - 4x5 @ 95.5kg
WCU - 4x5 @ 73.9kg

Started a new OP I/A cycle today. The first day of a new cycle is always tough for me after taking a week off. So the knees are a little creaky right now. But I'm sure that will abate in a day or two and the next workout will be better.

Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 10 ab rollouts

Farmers' walk - 2 rounds of 100 yards with 22.5kg in each hand

Did a 1-minute plank after every BP working set and 1-minute shank after every WCU working set. Started my 2 minute rest timer after completing the core exercise.
