GM is one of the best templates I have done so far.. I really like it.. And no worries about amraps and peaking. I think I will stick with it for a while plus some KB/DB/BW specificity blocks in between. And I also hope to switch to CAT after that..

How about you?
I’m enjoying it a lot. I like not having to peak or amrap as well, I mean I can always test in between blocks but it’s not something I’m too fussed about.
I’m just deciding whether to run GM for 6 weeks, since I’ve just finished 3 now, I probably will do the 6.
I’m going to run Specificity Alpha, but I may have a slight boxing training bias with it.
Overall I’ve felt really good while on it. I’m keen to see how CAT turns out, I’m more so looking forward to TB evolution, though I think that won’t be out until next year if I had to guess.
Oh.. evolution, right… That be awesome. But even CAT seems to be year long flexible programming..
CAT does look like it will be beneficial in a few areas, I’m keen to see how it fits the overall generalist, and what transfer it could have across to other areas, sports for example. It does look to be very detailed that’s for sure.

Out of curiosity, are you running GM for 3 or 6 weeks?

I am not sure yet., FHT + GM will get me to 6 weeks of MASS.. I might run Specificity block following by another 6weeks of GM.. Or will do another 3 weeks of GM. Depends on how I feel at the end of current block..
